When someone points out a robber, murderer or Peeping Tom, do you go after the robber, murderer or Peeping Tom -- or do you go after the person who points them out?
So why is Uncle Sam going after Mr. Snowden instead of going after the FBI, CIA and NSA?

The Constitution & Bill of Rights applies only to and limits government, those who are elected and swear an oath to uphold them, and those they hire to help them to do that job.
